Unopened Merchandise
You have the option to return unopened merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase and receive a complete refund. To qualify for a refund, the merchandise must remain in its original, unused, or unopened condition. Please note that the refund will cover the product's cost only, excluding any shipping fees.
Opened Merchandise
For opened Supplement Products, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date and receive a 50% refund. The refund will exclusively encompass the product's cost and will not include any shipping charges.

Try ALPHAZEUS for a full 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, you can request a refund. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED.
To initiate a refund, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. You can keep the product. Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the product, not for the shipping charges.
Bulk Purchase Policy:
For bulk purchases, when purchasing more than one unit, the refund policy requires the return of all unopened bottles. For example, if you purchase 3 bottles and decide after using the first bottle that you are not satisfied, you may keep the opened bottle but must return the remaining two unopened bottles to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the products, not for the shipping charges.
Subscription Policy:
If you have a subscription, please note that the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month's supply only. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for subsequent shipments. Refunds will not be provided for products received through a subscription renewal beyond the initial 30-day period.
