Looking back, I didn’t realize it at the time, but it all started in 2020, when the world was collapsing into uncertainty, while facing one of the biggest pandemics in recent history.
Amidst the chaos, I woke up one morning and felt something in my body was extremely wrong.
I was in my late 20s.
Living a fairly active lifestyle, yet completely drained. Physically and mentally.
