The year is 2020, a time when I should have been at my peak, but instead, I felt drained. My energy was gone, my motivation slipping away. Despite living an active lifestyle, I was gaining weight, drowning in anxiety, and struggling with depression.
A doctor’s visit finally gave me the answer. Low testosterone.
